MAN PULLS KNIFE
Shortly before 11 PM Thursday it is alleged that an argument
ensued between two men in the West Ferris area of the city.

This argument escalated to the point that one of the men allegedly pulled a knife from his pocket and
threatened the other man with it. Constables Randy Adair and Paul Brewer of the North Bay Police Service received the call and attended the area. They arrested a man in
relation to this incident shortly after midnight.

Kevin EXELBY, 33, of Lake Heights Drive, is charged with
possession of a dangerous weapon and uttering threats. He was kept in custody awaiting a bail hearing.

BREAK AND ENTER
Overnight on Aug. 11 local youths had a large party in the area of Marshall Park School on Marshall Avenue. During this time frame the school was broken into via a rear glass window. It appears an injury was sustained from this entry.

It also appears that possibly a flat screen TV was taken and
further that during this same time period, a forced entry was also made to a portable classroom at Silver Birches School where the would be thieves discharged a fire extinguisher.

Anyone with information on this crime or any other is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 476-8477.
