With the provincial election now underway, a televised debate has been set.
The Community Election Debate is being aired on Tuesday, February 18th at 7 p.m. and simultaneously streamed live over the internet.
“With a busy campaign schedule already planned out from now until election day we are very pleased to confirm we will be attending," says Vic Fedeli. “I look forward to talking about my record and discussing the issues of importance to the people of Nipissing. I encourage all candidates to participate in this community debate."
The NDP has nominated Loren Mick as its candidate for the Nipissing riding.
The Green Party of Ontario for Nipissing candidate is Colton Chaput, a fourth-year nursing student from the North Bay area.
The Liberals have not yet selected a candidate.
