West Nipissing police say a health issue is to blame for a multi-vehicle crash at the No Frills parking lot in Sturgeon Falls Saturday.
Investigation revealed that a truck collided with another vehicle, pushing it into several parked cars.
Heavy damage was caused to the vehicles involved.
Paramedics and the Fire Dept. helped with extrication and one of the drivers suffered minor injuries.
It is believed that the truck driver experienced a medical episode which caused the accident.
