Huntsville OPP officers have laid multiple charges following an investigation into stolen beer kegs.
On March 14 at 2:30 p.m. officers were contacted regarding a suspicious man trying to return stolen beer kegs to a local brewery. Officers began an investigation and were able to identify the accused and several affected local businesses.
As a result, Aron Lamoureux, 38, of Huntsville is charged with:
- Mischief - destroys or damages property
- Two counts of break,enter a place to commit an indictable offence
- Three counts of theft under $5,000 -
- Two counts of trafficking in stolen goods under $5,000
Lamoureux is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date.
